Universal LJ-20M - Commercial 20 Qt. Mixer with Guard 110v

We were very pleased with this mixer commercial. It arrived quickly and was properly packaged for our use. It was also priced fairly for our bakery.

We knew that we could use a quality mixer, but wasn't sure how much we would use it. It is well made, easy to use, and we have already found that we will use it a variety of times a day. It saves us time in ways we had not thought we needed. We have other Universal kitchen equipment, so we expect this mixer to be with us for many years to come. Since we are a small business purchasing a mixer that will stand the test of time was a must. Other positives about this units is: It comes with several attachments (Bowl, mixer, hook, etc) although most mixers this size come with it, i still think its kind of neat. Another big one is free shipping, i hate when about to checkout on a website and i see a big shipping charge right at the end, no surprises here. For the price, this mixer cannot be beat! We've had it for a few months now, and our output has literally tripled. We haven't had any problems yet! I have had this machine for a little over a year and it works pretty good. It has fallen oven while making dough for bread before, while it was on a Mixing Table that was recommended for the mixer.

We bought this mixer when we first opened our cupcake shop, it works great if you have a lot of batter or frosting to mix!

I only gave this 4 stars because it's not a Hobart. For the money it's great and has been holding up well in a busy kitchen. Great for large(relatively) batches of cookies or pastries. A little slowbut it will do it. For the money, it's great.

I bought this mixer to do large volumes of rolls and desserts for a food program at church. I am the pastors wife and use the mixer at my residence next door to church. It is excellent and gives great performance. Because I have never used a commercial mixer it would if been great if the instructions that came with the mixer were clearer. But. I figured it out. It is awesome and I would recommend it to anyone who does lots of baking even at home. It can hold quite a load.
